WELCOME to DCR Student & Young Adult Accommodation

Situated at 311 Musgrave Road, Berea, DCR is close to many of Durban’s universities and colleges. It is also a stone’s throw away from Musgrave Centre.

DCR is a Christian establishment offering safe and secure accommodation to both Christian men and women between the ages of 17-35.

Our price includes 2 meals a day Monday to Friday and 3 meals a day on Weekends. We have WiFi, the full DSTV bouquet in the lounge and a swimming pool. We offer 4 dinner meal types to choose from each evening Monday to Sunday. This includes a vegetarian and special dietary option at each meal. We have facilities for secure on-site parking at an extra charge. Our Reception is manned 24 hours a day and we have one outside security guard on duty from 6pm to 6am nightly. We can accommodate 44 Females and 44 Males, they are housed separately and can only mix in the common areas. We have a laundry facility at an extra charge per 6kg load. Residents may do their own hand washing in basins in the laundry room. DCR is a very nice place to stay. The rooms are comfortable and well maintained, and all the facilities are always clean and kept in good condition. The food is also really nice, and there is always enough to fill you up. The staff and people working here are very kind, friendly, and always willing to help whenever I need something. Living here has been a really pleasant and enjoyable experience, and I’m grateful to have had the opportunity to stay here. I’m looking forward to spending more time here and continuing to enjoy everything the residence has to offer. I would definitely recommend this wonderful place to other people looking for a comfortable and welcoming residence.
